Meet Alok Shetty
Alok Shetty is the founder of Oriental Chef, a Mumbai-based Pan Asian QSR brand built on flavour, consistency, and affordability.
With over a decade of experience in aviation and hospitality, including roles with British Airways operations and Jet Airways, Alok developed a strong foundation in customer service, operational discipline, and guest experience.
Founded in 2018 in Vikhroli, Oriental Chef was created with a vision to make quality Asian cuisine accessible while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and service. Today, the brand continues to grow with plans for expansion and future franchising.
